Yes, we offer free AI processing with daily limits. For unlimited access and premium features, you can upgrade to a Pro subscription.
What happens to my uploaded photos?
Your privacy is our priority. Photos are securely transmitted to our AI processing partners, processed to generate your result, and automatically deleted from processing servers within 24 hours. We never use your photos to train AI models.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can manage and cancel your subscription anytime via the App Store or Google Play Store settings.
The AI results aren't what I expected. What should I do?
AI generation can vary based on photo quality. Try using clear, well-lit photos for the best results. If you still face issues, feel free to contact us.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account instantly from Settings > Delete Account within the app. Alternatively, contact support@innovatedy.com and we'll process your deletion within 24 hours.
Is my facial data used for identification?
No. While some AI features analyze facial geometry to produce outputs like avatars or hairstyle previews, this processing is transient. No biometric templates or facial recognition identifiers are created or stored.
