Welcome to GeniPhoto AI. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it while providing our AI-powered photo processing services.

1. Data We Collect

1.1 Authentication Data

We collect your email address or phone number exclusively for secure login via One-Time Password (OTP) verification. We do NOT collect names, dates of birth, gender, or profile information. Authentication is securely managed via Supabase Auth.

1.2 Photos You Upload

When you use an AI feature (such as Avatars, Hairstyle Changer, Background Remover, Photo Enhancer, Cartoon/Anime Styles, Room Design, and others), your selected photo is securely transmitted to our third-party AI processing partners to generate your requested result.

1.3 Technical Data

We automatically collect basic device information (OS version, device type) and app crash diagnostics to maintain and improve app performance.

1.4 What We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect location data, contacts, microphone recordings, health data, browsing history, or advertising identifiers.

2. How Your Photos Are Processed

• Photos are transmitted via encrypted HTTPS connections.
• Photos are processed by third-party AI APIs solely to generate the result you requested.
• Your photos are NOT used to train AI models — neither by us nor by our processing partners for their general model training.
• No biometric templates or facial recognition identifiers are created or stored from your photos. While some features analyze facial geometry to produce AI outputs (e.g., avatars, hairstyle changes), this analysis is transient and no biometric data is retained.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

• Processing servers: Photos are automatically deleted within 24 hours of processing completion.
• Generated results: Stored on your device only. We do not retain copies of AI-generated output on our servers after delivery.
• Authentication data: Retained while your account is active.
• Account deletion: Delete your account instantly from Settings > Delete Account within the app, or contact support@innovatedy.com for deletion within 24 hours.
• General data requests: Contact support@innovatedy.com. We respond within 24 hours.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

We share your uploaded photos only with third-party AI processing partners, and only to fulfill your specific processing request. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, or equivalent), you have the right to:

• Access your personal data.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your account and all associated data.
• Object to certain data processing activities.

6. Children's Privacy

GeniPhoto AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). If we discover a child has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly. Contact support@innovatedy.com to report such cases.

7. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
